EU selects PELICO project as success story (March 2019)

Together with partners in Ukraine, Latvia and the UK, researchers from the Ulrich group developed photo-controlled peptidomimetic drugs. This success story was funded be the EU’s Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellowship programme (grant 690973).

Alexander-von-Humboldt fellow Prof. Dr. Jean-Francois Paquin from Université Laval in Quebec is awarded a BASF fellowship to spend 6 months as a visiting professor in our group to collaborate on fluoro-isosteres. Also, Dr. Dmitrov Radchenko from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University is funded by AvH to spend 1 year with us on the design of new fluorine-labeled amino acids.
